Analyst

This is a full-time on-site role located in Stockholm for an Analyst position starting in September 2026. As an Analyst, you will support the delivery of strategic projects by conducting market research, analyzing data, and creating detailed reports and presentations. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with clients on sustainability strategy, the business case for the green transition, and commercial due diligence. You will be working closely with the founding partners and directly contributing to the growth and development of the firm.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Conscientious and dedicated to meeting deadlines
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sustainability and the green transition is a plus
- Relevant university degree (e.g., engineering, business, economics, natural sciences)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in Claude or similar AI tools
- Fluency in English required; Swedish is an advantage
Intern
InternshipStockholm · September 2026
This is an on-site internship located in Stockholm starting in September 2026. As an Intern, you will join live project teams and gain hands-on exposure to sustainability strategy and the business case for the green transition. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting market research, data analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations. You will work closely with our Analysts and founding partners, contributing directly to client work from day one.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Conscientious and dedicated to meeting deadlines
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of sustainability and the green transition is a plus
- Currently pursuing a relevant university degree (e.g., engineering, business, economics, natural sciences)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Claude or similar AI tools
- Fluency in English required; Swedish is an advantage
Associate

This is a full-time on-site role located in Stockholm for an Associate position starting in September 2026. As an Associate, you will lead workstreams across strategic projects, take primary ownership of client deliverables, and mentor junior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading client workshops, synthesizing complex analyses into actionable recommendations, and driving the business case for the green transition across sustainability strategy and commercial due diligence engagements. You will work directly with the founding partners and play a key role in shaping how the firm operates and grows.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Conscientious and dedicated to meeting deadlines
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams independently
- Knowledge of sustainability and the green transition is a plus
- Relevant university degree (e.g., engineering, business, economics, natural sciences)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in Claude or similar AI tools
