• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proficiency in Claude or similar AI tools
• Fluency in English required; Swedish is an advantage

This is an on-site internship located in Stockholm starting in September 2026. As an Intern, you will join live project teams and gain hands-on exposure to sustainability strategy and the business case for the green transition. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting market research, data analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations. You will work closely with our Analysts and founding partners, contributing directly to client work from day one.

• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of sustainability and the green transition is a plus
• Currently pursuing a relevant university degree (e.g., engineering, business, economics, natural sciences)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Claude or similar AI tools
• Fluency in English required; Swedish is an advantage

As an Associate, you will lead workstreams across strategic projects, take primary ownership of client deliverables, and mentor junior team members. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading client workshops, synthesizing complex analyses into actionable recommendations, and driving the business case for the green transition across sustainability strategy and commercial due diligence engagements. You will work directly with the founding partners and play a key role in shaping how the firm operates and grows.

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams independently
• Knowledge of sustainability and the green transition is a plus
